In less than 2 hours our SC-1400 CRYO-LATOR® chamber produced a solid, dependable and workable freeze plug holding back a 2 million gallon reservoir.

The section of the 12" Ductile Iron Water Main has been cut out and is prepared to accept the new block valve.

The new 12" Water Main block valve is lifted into place for installation.

Installation is completed and the City Of Bellevue never lost water service. Our CRYO-LATOR® Freeze Plug isolation technique allowed Nordic Construction to successfully install a new 12" block valve while avoiding a citywide water outage.
